Must be based in Islamabad
Responsible for achievement of overall monthly sales target
· Plan, Implement, monitor, and report call pitches, protocols of visits, and meetings, in accordancewith the company`s standards and policies.
· Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicatedacross all channels
· Responsible for working on new ideas to enhance sales and profitability
· Ensure company websites and blogs are kept up to date
· Coordinate sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives
· Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, and set performance goals toachieve company objectives
· Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed clientbase expansion
· Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine the effectiveness
· Monitor, prepare and report on sales communications and activity Manage and give direction to thesales teams
· Direct staff, training, and performance evaluations to develop and Control sales programs
· Develop and maintain Customer Database, analysis, and relationship Management.
· Identify and understand the client’s business needs and objectives to develop salescampaigns
· Develop and manage sales budget
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
MBA or BBA Marketing will be preferred.
Confident and self-motivated.

Collaborate with sales team to learn, create briefs and presentations about projects and offers.
