Experience: Must have experience of managing a sales team in a reputable Real Estate company

Job Description:

Responsible for achievement of overall monthly sales target

·       Plan, Implement, monitor, and report call pitches, protocols of visits, and meetings, in accordance
with the company`s standards and policies.

·       Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated
across all channels

·       Responsible for working on new ideas to enhance sales and profitability

·       Ensure company websites and blogs are kept up to date

·       Coordinate sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives

·       Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, and set performance goals to
achieve company objectives

·       Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client
base expansion

·       Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine the effectiveness

·       Monitor, prepare and report on sales communications and activity Manage and give direction to the
sales teams

·       Direct staff, training, and performance evaluations to develop and Control sales programs
